The Institute carries out engineering geological and topographical surveys both for the package of works in progress, and under requests of other legal entities/individuals.
Development of environmental protection measures and assessment of environmental impact as a part of front end engineering design and design works, development of MPE (Maximum Permissible Emissions), MAD (Maximum Allowable Discharge), MWD (Maximum Waste Disposal), SPZ (Sanitary Protection Zone) projects with the allowance for emissions from facilities and background values of pollutants
Through the whole period of construction to ensure compliance of process, architectural & construction, and other engineering solutions on facilities placed into commission with solutions specified by the approved projects.
Based on a long-term experience and annually updated information about industry status, the Institute may develop regulatory documents in the aspect of heat and power together with Work Groups or independently.
